Andrew is has been associated with the deathcare business for nearly 10 years. He brings a well-rounded realm of experience to the industry, always looking for the path of growth and highest and best use of real estate, which means, at times moving funeral home sites or expanding into non-funeral home outlet channels. His valuation depth and breadth is unmatched in the deathcare industry.
Andrews first commercial client was a national medical device provider that engaged his site-selection services nationwide. He successfully negotiated numerous leases for his client and continues to negotiate commercial leases and sales. He now exclusively represents tenants such as Benjamin Moore Paints, Plato's Closet, Creamistry & Style Encore.
Andrew has lived in Austin for the past 27 years, giving him a very well-rounded scope of the market. He has four children: 27, 24, and 14-year-old boy/girl twins. He is a certified negotiator, a certified federal mediator, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Turnaround experience: Increased sales averages (+50%) and margins (+30%) and increased consumer pipeline from 20% to 80% mix by transforming Connect Hearing, a US subsidiary of SONOVA AG, from a slow-growth medical device manufacturer to retail service clinic model within three years.
Growth experience: Grew medical retail clinic chain from 100 units to 325, reversed declining profits and grew revenues ~22% over 2.5 years at Connect Hearing. Following initial downsizing, expanded through acquisitions, changed staffing model, created visible retail presence and entered into strategic partnerships to increase foot traffic.
Personal: David is a father and grandfather at heart. After losing his late wife to cancer at a young age of 44, David remained focused on his daughter’s advancement in life, college and her career. He has been rewarded with a two beautiful granddaughters Madison (5) and Shelby (3.5) and equally blessed with a tremendously great son in law.

Jim’s journey began in pre-need funeral sales and as a Funeral Director, shortly after his family’s funeral home merged with a large consolidator where he steadily ascended through several corporate operational and sales leadership roles, prior to becoming a Managing Partner of Platinum Celebration Services LLC. Platinum Celebration Services is the parent company to the consumer facing brand, Platinum Standard Network.
Jim’s core belief is providing exceptional service to families before, during and after the loss of a loved one and is the foundation upon which the Platinum Standard Network has been created.
